Return Policy

All sales are final. 

Items can be exchanged within five days, provided the articles are not damaged or altered.

Repairs Policy

NY Jewelry tries its best to satisfy ever customer. Upon completion of repair work, the customer will have the opportunity to examine and inspect their property before paying the repair cost. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with the work, they must notify the NY Jewelry manager on duty immediately to remediate any defect found with the repair. No credit will be issued for repaired items that have been sold out of the company. Any credit will be provided at the sole discretion of NY Jewelry.

Repairs Procedure

The customer will be given a free estimate of all repair costs. The customer must complete the jewelry/watch repair form with the items’ description when dropping off the item for repair. When the repair work is approved, please allow us two days to three weeks for the items to be repaired, since there are several variables that impact the repair, such as ordering supplies needed to repair the item. A backorder by the suppliers is out of our control and we will make every attempt to keep the time to a minimum.

Customer Service

We aspire to help our customers make informed decisions and educate them about the merchandise they choose. We sell our jewelry based on facts, and only offer opinions when asked. The satisfaction of our customers is always our priority. We thank you for your cooperation and business!
